Invitation-Only tour of 3 Palms for the Ventura Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Bryan Henson and John Turturro presented the unique green design and building features of the project to 18 attendees. Each attendee received a four page color handout summarizing the green features and the product suppliers. Lunch was also served. Attendees received one hour of continuing education credit
